Well, since I'm here, I'll show you my finished Stained Quilt-a-long quilt that I finished in June. I finally figured out where I hid it while I was on my 4 month road trip...at my mother in law's!

The quilting was a squiggly circly thingy. I don't know what to call it, but I wanted to try something new. Here it is on the back, which is pieced from a few different red/blue/white fabrics that I've had in my stash forever just waiting to be used.

This quilt is beautiful! Red, white and blue is such a beautiful combination n any shade. What I really love though is the quilting. Did you do any marking beforehand? I'd love to see you do a YouTube video of you doing it unless you live in Maryland and I could see it in person:). Is there more than one swirl or just one big swirl? How difficult was it? I love the look of this quilting design! More info please!!!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking the same thing! I love the quilting! We've got to have details :o)

This is beautiful. I like the binding. Did you do that by machine or by hand. I would love to see how you did that. Just started following you by Email. Love your blog!!
